You must use the original paper UKC PERMANENT REGISTRATION APPLICATION, provided by your breeder to you.

You cannot complete this application online.

The UKC requires that  you send in the original completed paper UKC PERMANENT REGISTRATION APPLICATION by U.S. Mail or Commercial Carrier. You cannot send it in by fax or email.

If you want to run your dog in APLA Hunt Tests while the UKC is processing this application, APLA requires that you send this application using a U.S. Mail or Commercial Carrier service which provides you a tracking number. This tracking number will be able to show that you sent and that the UKC received the application.

APLA recommends that you pay for the expedited processing service.
